
Visit www.bwfc.co.uk and click on the ticketing tab. hen click on the ‘Buy Online’ option or click on the link above.
Please choose the ‘Welcome/Sign in’ option on the right hand side of the screen. If you are an existing season ticket holder then you will need to log in using your previously registered email address and password. Season ticket holders that have not used the online ticketing facility before need to select ‘Activate my client reference’. By entering your client reference number and surname exactly how it appears on your current season ticket your details will now be displayed. If the message ‘account already activated’ appears, this will be because you have already used the associated season ticket account in previous seasons. Please use the ‘forgotten password’ option to remedy this however this will only be of use if the email address previously registered with us is still in current. If you have forgotten a previous email address you may have registered with us please contact us at ticketsales@bwfc.co.uk.
For renewals, any previously held season ticket allocated to the client reference number will automatically be shown. To renew any additional season tickets for your friends/family members, please just enter their client reference number and surname in the section of the page ‘add supporter’ in the ‘My ticket home’ section. Please note that should any friends/family members have an identical client reference number you will have to contact the Ticket and Membership office on 08448 712932.
If you didn’t hold a season ticket for 2009/10 you can browse for a seat without logging in. Once you have chosen a seat you and presuming you have purchased tickets previously with Bolton Wanderers you can also select ‘Activate my account’ to see your personal details. If you do not know your client reference number please contact the Ticket and Membership office on 08448 712932.
Once you have selected your seats and added them to your basket you can now click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button and enter your payment details to purchase your season tickets(s) remembering to ticket the box agreeing to the terms and conditions.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have supplied.
Once processed, your season ticket(s) will be delivered directly to your door before the end of July. If your home address changes after purchase please remember to contact us.
This facility is not available if you are wishing to purchase via the Instalment Plan.
Family tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased as a one adult to one Under 18 ratio or two adult to two under 18s ticket ratio in designated areas of the stadium. Any renewals made whereby the above ratio has not been followed may result in the cancellation of the part-purchase.
